Design Concept
Traditional ‘Orangery’ style design , moulded cornice parapet with aluclad sash windows symmetrically arranged each side of french doors, which lead out to morning & afternoon /evening patios which is screened by a curved pergola structure.
Flat roof with anthracite Sika trocal finish and Triple Glazed lantern & pyramid roof lights ,a restricted palette of natural high quality materials Silicone white render , Aluclad TG windows, Trocal roofing, granite paving , composite pergola screens.
Construction Method
Solid concrete block on flat with External insulation system ( ETICS) combined with Thermal lite blocks at critical junctions to reduce Linear Thermal Bridging ( LTB ) , metal deck & in situ concrete flat roof , airtightness membranes & taping in conjunction with airtight plaster finish internally to external walls, triple glazed windows & doors.

Air to water electric heat pump for space & water heating used in conjunction with UFH
